The North Fork of South Fork of North Fabius River (yes, that is a real label of a waterway in Iowa) essentially isn’t in Iowa. Even at flood stage I can’t imagine that this waterway would be paddleable. It certainly isn’t worth any effort in Iowa. Possibly shortly down stream in Missouri it might be. It crosses Iowa Missouri St. flowing south between Caleb Dr. in Missouri and Fawn Ave. in Iowa.
This flow rate monitor location is deep into Missouri’s Lewis County: https://waterdata.usgs.gov/monitoring-location/05498150/#parameterCode=00065&period=P7D.
I’m really telling you not to go to check this out in Iowa. It is not worth your time. BUT, if you do, you should know that you will be driving on a mile or two of level B (dirt, or mud if there has been any precipitation) roads.
